Happiness Guide – Gratitude Journal Day 2 – October 15, 2019

This week we’re asking you practice journaling. Grab a notebook and for the next few days read the daily verse and journal question, then write your thoughts. Journaling can be a great way to “voice” or organize the jumble in our heart and mind to more clearly see God’s path for us.


Read: Philippians 4:6-7

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (NIV Philippians 4:6-7)

Journal: Take a moment to journal about any anxieties you may have. Sometimes, the act of writing your anxieties out can help you process them and give them to God. When you are done, say a prayer of thankfulness to God for the peace that passes all understanding.
