APRIL 28TH ~ SHOWBIZ CINEMAS BOWLING NIGHT!

• Our Youth will be going to Showbiz for a fun evening of bowling this week.
• When: Sunday April 28th, 6:00pm - 7:30pm
• Where: Showbiz Cinema, 3001 Market St., Edmond
• Who: All Connect Youth currently enrolled in 6th - 12th grade are welcome to attend.
• Parents please contact Pastor Adam if your child will be attending for full details (adam@connectumc.org)

2023 Events

OCTOBER 28TH ~ FRONTIER CITY FRIGHT FEST!

• Saturday, October 28^th– 3:30pm - ?? (Return TBD): 
• It's Back! Our annual youth fall field trip!
• All Youth currently enrolled in 6^th – 12^th grade are welcome to attend.
• Cost varies: $40/$65** for admission/event tickets PLUS extra cash for any food/beverages/souvenirs wish to purchase.
• ** Park requires both a “One Day Park Admission Ticket” plus a “Haunted Attractions Pass”. First 10 Connect youth to signup will be provided with a free park admission ticket, and only have to pay for the “Haunted Attractions” pass of $40.00.  Remaining youth, cost will be $65.00 each (for both passes)
• Will leave and return from the church together (no drop off/pickup at Frontier City). Carpool leaves at 3:30pm sharp!
• All parents are asked to email Pastor Adam Ricks (adam@connectumc.org) asap if your child is attending this event (and secure one of the free admission tickets.)
• Completed “Youth Activities Consent Form” must be on file for this event

DECEMBER 10TH ~ ICE SKATING & LUNCH OUT

 

• Sunday, December 10th - Noon to 3:00 PM, Connect Youth outing. Youth and Adam will go to PieFive (Pizza) for lunch and then on to Mitch Park for ice skating event. This is our year end event for Youth so don't miss it!
• All Youth currently enrolled in 6^th – 12^th grade are welcome to attend.
• Cost: Cash for lunch at PieFive Pizza, est $10, plus additional $15.50 for Edmond Ice Rink (skate price covers rink fees, skate rental, & sales tax)
• Will leave and return from the church together (no drop off/pickup at restaurant or rink please). Carpool leaves at noon sharp!
• Please confrim via email (or at worship Sunday am) to Pastor Adam Ricks (adam@connectumc.org) if your child is attending.

YOUTH CAMPS:

January 12th - 15th, 2024 - Winter Spark Youth Camp - Canyon Camp

• Where: Canyon Camp, Hinton, OK (UMC church camp)
• Who: Any Connect Youth currently enrolled in 6th – 12th grades
• Cost: $180.00 each. Parents must register/pay for child directly on camps website (link below)
• Registration Deadline: January 5, 2024 (or before)
• Payment Deadline: January 5, 2024 (or before)
