CONNECT NEWSLETTER – NOTE FROM THE PASTOR (02-01-2024)

A Message From Pastor Adam Hello Church Family! I hope this message finds you all well. For the next several weeks at Connect we are having a ‘How To” sermon series. Together will discuss how to make sure certain emotions do not become the rulers of our lives. This Sunday we will be discussing the emotion of Fear, and how to make sure we are informed by fear instead of controlled by fear. Jesus frees us from the power of fear even when we have things to be afraid of. I hope you will join us! This Sunday is also our annual Chili Cookoff and Dessert Bakeoff. This event is always a lot of fun and an opportunity for us to raise money for our youth to participate in summer camp. Be sure to bring your chili or dessert on Sunday and prepare to vote for your favorite.  There many other events coming up so be sure to scroll below for more information. Chili Cookoff Join us this Sunday for our annual Chili Cookoff and Dessert Bakeoff! This popular event is our annual fundraiser for youth to attend Church Camp. Be sure to come hungry and be ready to vote for your favorite chili. If you would like to enter into the contest simply bring your chili or dessert to the church before 10:30 worship so that our volunteers cn get your dish registered for the contest.
