Read: Philippians 4:8

“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”

Study: What things do you consider to be “honorable”, “pure”, “pleasing”, or “commendable”? Is there a person in your life that embodies these traits? Is there an organization that you believe is trying to live out these goals? Scripture tells us that we should think about these groups and people! Not only should we think about these things, we should also strive to live out those values that draw us to those people or organizations. Today, think about how you can better live out the values that you respect.

Pray: Christ Jesus, show me what is pure and pleasing to you. Let me be a reflection of your love and let me show that love to others. Amen.
