Read: Psalm 32:8

⁸ I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you. (NIV Psalm 32:8)

Study: Sometimes the prospect of teaching others about being a Christian can be intimidating and scary. It is easy to feel inadequate as a teacher to our children but we are not alone. We have been blessed with a book that is chalk full of stories of people who felt as if they couldn’t not possibly live up to their calling. Christ doesn’t call the equipped; He equips the called. God, tells us here in Psalms that we have instruction to lead us. Christ and many of the Old testament leaders are there to instruct us. Through your prayers you may also see, more clearly, your role as teacher.

Prayer: Thank you Lord Jesus for showing me that I am not alone. Thank you for the examples you have shown me. Amen.
