Welcome to Connect Church!

We are pleased and excited to announce our upcoming 3 week event, “Don’t Be Fooled.” We hope you will join us to discover God’s wisdom together, build friendships, and have a lot of fun. The book of Proverbs is full of the amazing life transforming wisdom of God. You don’t have to climb a secret mountain, or crack a secret code to find God’s wisdom. September 21st : Food Truck Sunday

Join us on September 21st. We will not only begin our journey through the wisdom of the Proverbs, we will also be having an amazing lunch catered by one of the best local Food Trucks in Edmond, JB’s Wood Fired Pizza! There will be a bounce house, and outdoor games for families to enjoy together. Hope to see you there!

September 28th: Friendship Sunday

Friendship Matters! The book of Proverbs teaches us it is wise to value and prioritize our friendships. The U.S. surgeon general has declared a “loneliness epidemic” in the U.S. as more adults have fewer friends. At Connect Church we want to celebrate and be intentional about our friendships, so I hope you will join us on this special Sunday.

Special Friendship Sunday Activities

• Friendship Celebration during worship
• Potluck Friendship Lunch…. Please bring your favorite potluck main or side dish to share. Tea and lemonade will be provided.
• Friendship Bracelet Station for Kids

October 5th – Kindness Sunday

Join us for a Free BBQ Lunch provided by Rognas Reel Time Catering! In a time of increased polarization, we have also seen an increase in cruelty. But the book of Proverbs teaches us that kindness is wise. I hope you will join us for this special Sunday as we explore and learn about kindness together.

Special Kindness Sunday Activities

• Afterschool “Snack Pack” Donation – We will be collecting snack sized apple sauce, peach cups, peanut butter crackers, as well as snack size (single serve) bags of animal crackers, pretzels, and cheez-its. Our goal is to collect 600 individual “snack” sized servings. Please bring your donations with you to church this Sunday. All donations will be given to a ministry called “Jubilee Partners.” This organization hosts an after school and summer program for low income families.
