Study: God promises to never leave us. There are times in our lives when we feel as if we are drawing in responsibility, debt, addiction, or shame. Whatever it may be, if you feel this way, know that God promises to protect you and keep you from being burned. Take a moment, even if you do not have one, and think about what this means. God promises to keep you under his protection. God promises to guide you through those difficult moments in life. All you have to do is know that he is God.

Prayer: Thank you Lord. Thank you for being my shield. Thank you for leading me even when I feel alone. You are my rock and my salvation. Amen.
